Custom photo album production is a complex product: the customer picks 10+ parameters (size, fabric, cover type, page count, packaging) and then delivers high-resolution source files (PSD, AI, TIFF, PDF, JPG). KenAlbum ran this process through a mix of phone + WhatsApp + email. As the dealer network grew, per-order tiered pricing and end-customer shipping addresses had to be tracked by hand — resulting in incorrect price quotes, lost source files and dealers unable to view order history.
We built a custom B2B + B2C hybrid platform for KenAlbum. A 4-step order wizard (product select → customize → file upload → confirm), real-time pricing, a dealer panel and a production tracking screen — all in one platform.
