What's the difference between custom and off-the-shelf software?
Off-the-shelf software (SAP, Netsuite, packaged CRMs) is designed around generic processes — meaning you have to adapt your operation to the software. Custom software is the opposite: the software fits your process. Higher upfront investment, but long-term operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
What's the starting cost?

How fast can an MVP go live?
Between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on scope. With a lean approach we build the core value first — then iterate based on real user feedback.
Who owns the source code?
You do. All source code is delivered to you via GitHub as soon as the contract is signed. No vendor lock-in — you can continue with another team whenever you want.
Do you offer SLA or warranty?
A 90-day post-launch bug-fix warranty is standard. With a maintenance agreement we offer a 24-hour critical bug response and 8-business-hour resolution SLA. Uptime target is 99.5-99.9% depending on infrastructure.
What payment terms do you accept?
Fixed-price projects: 30% upfront, 40% at mid-milestone, 30% on launch. Sprint-based engagements: monthly billing. We accept TRY, USD and EUR — banking details on the corporate page.
