Enterprise Software Architecture

Enterprise Software Architecture — Platforms That Scale to Millions of Users

From MVP to enterprise-scale SaaS — we build scalable, secure and maintainable software architecture. Microservices, cloud-native infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, observability, security layer — all end-to-end.

Target Audience

Who Is Enterprise Architecture For?

For SaaS past the MVP stage preparing to scale, and for enterprise platforms — those who take the long-term consequences of architecture decisions seriously.

Growing SaaS Companies

SaaS companies past their MVP, preparing to scale to thousands or millions of users.

Legacy Modernization

Enterprises moving 10+ year old monoliths to microservices and cloud.

Scale-up Product Teams

Teams past product-market fit that need architecture supporting fast onboarding of new engineers in the next phase.

High-Traffic Platforms

Platforms that need to handle millions of concurrent users, real-time transaction volumes and microsecond-level performance.

Regulated Systems

Platforms in finance, healthcare and insurance with strict regulation and security requirements.

Enterprise Architecture Process

How We Build Scalable Enterprise Software Architecture

Current System Analysis

Your existing architecture, technical debt, performance bottlenecks and security exposure — all mapped. Architecture decision records (ADR) produced.

Target Architecture Design

The right architecture for your target scale (monolith vs. microservices, cloud-native, event-driven, DDD). All trade-offs recorded.

Migration Plan

Strangler pattern vs. big-bang decision. Module-by-module migration plan. Risk and impact analysis per module.

Phase 1 Implementation

Core architecture (API gateway, service mesh, foundational microservices, database separation). Phase 1 goes live while the old system keeps running.

Observability and Security

Log aggregation, metric collection, distributed tracing (Jaeger/Tempo). APM (Datadog/NewRelic). WAF, IAM, secrets management, penetration test.

Team Handover and Support

Architecture-management training for your internal team. Runbooks, on-call rotation. Long-term maintenance agreement with 24/7 support.

How We Price Enterprise Projects

Enterprise projects run as fixed-price + sprint-based dedicated team. First step: a discovery phase — existing system analysis + target architecture + migration plan. Then Phase 1 (core architecture) is fixed-price; subsequent phases are monthly dedicated team.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What our customers ask most often. If your question isn't here, just write to us.

Do we have to fully rewrite the existing system?

No. With patterns like the Strangler pattern we can migrate module-by-module while keeping the existing system live. This reduces risk and delivers value fast.

Which cloud providers do you work with?

AWS (Advanced Partner), Google Cloud and Azure — deep experience with all three. To avoid vendor lock-in we lean on cloud-agnostic tooling like Kubernetes and Terraform.

We don't have an architect/DevOps in-house — can we maintain long term?

Yes. We train and mentor your team to take over ownership. And with a long-term maintenance agreement we provide 24/7 support until your internal team scales up.

How long does it take?

Discovery + architecture design 4-8 weeks. Phase 1 implementation 3-6 months. Full legacy modernization 12-24 months. For a fixed price we complete the discovery phase first, then plan each implementation phase separately.

How do you handle security and compliance?

Security is baked into the architecture from design-time: WAF, IAM, secrets management, encryption at rest & in transit, OWASP Top 10, penetration testing. For regulated sectors we build PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR-compliant architectures.

Why not just use a PaaS instead of custom architecture?

PaaS can be right for your scale — but in scale-up mode per-seat pricing, vendor lock-in and customization ceilings multiply cost. Custom architecture pays back in 1-2 years; everything after that is your unrestricted control.
